Rip-off Ireland plows on safe and well, as Flogas has announced another price hike -its third this year alone.
From October 26, electricity bills will increase by 17% and gas prices by 23%.
The company alleges ‘continuing and unprecedented increases in wholesale gas prices and the associated increases in wholesale electricity costs’, which translates as ‘we need to keep profits for stakeholders at the same level or above, so we need to gouge our customers.’
