
Seven people, including a 6-year-old boy, have been injured in separate road crashes in Limerick and Cork over the last 24 hours.
The first accident happened on the N20 road, near Creggane, in Bruree, Co. Limerick, on Monday morning.
The second crash took place between Belgooly and Riverstick, on the main Kinsale Road, on Tuesday evening.
Seven people in total had to be taken to hospital. The injuries of the young boy were described as ‘serious.’
