The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, with news of a 60-year-old woman dead and four others injured after serious road crash in Cork.
The incident happened at the Skew Bridge in the Tivoli area of Cork at around 4pm this afternoon.
The woman sustained critical injuries in the crash and was rushed to hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly afternoon. The other four people were also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
