The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, following the death of a lorry driver on an Irish road this morning.
The incident happened in the Ringcrehy area of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, at around 6:15am.
The driver of the lorry, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicle was involved.
Gardai are asking anyone with information to contact Dungarvan Garda Station on 058 48600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
