The tragic trend of road carnage continues, following the death of a motorcyclist on an Irish road on Saturday.
The incident happened on the R497 road near Reiska, Kilcommon, Co. Tipperary, at around 2pm. A male in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
Gardai are asking anyone with information to contact Thurles Garda Station on 0504 25100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
