Royal Navy assets are currently tracking two Russian subs in the North Sea.
British submarine hunter craft HMS Portland shadowed the submarines, the cruise missile submarine Severodvinsk and Akula-class attack submarine Vepr, after they surfaced north west of Bergen, Norway.
The intentions of these crafts are not known at this time, but the HMS Portland is more than well equipped to sink these hostiles if needed.
