The alleged rape of a 19-yr-old woman in Belfast saw Ireland rugby international player Paddy Jackson take the stand.
Jackson claimed that he had absolutely no idea whatsoever that the girl was upset. According to RTE, Jackson said that the girl was performing a sex act on him and seemed to be enjoying it.
Asked if he thought that sex act was going to lead to intercourse with the 19-yr-old woman, Jackson said he thought it would but it didn’t because she asked had he a condom and he didn’t have one.
It’s understood that Jackson thought when Stuart Olding came in that it was a consensual threesome.
Olding denies sexual assault also and Jackson claimed that it just seemed to happen.
