Following recruitment drives for criminals, the mentally ill, and those with suicidal tendencies, the layabouts of Russian society are now being targeted in a desperate effort to shift as many bodies into the frontlines as possible. Most recruits have zero military training and never make it beyond a few hours as they face a determined and cunning foe.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is quietly building up a 200,000-strong army ahead of a decisive second counter offensive to drive the invader out of their lands for good.
