The 7.40am Ryanair flight from Warsaw Modlin to Oslo was grounded after a phone call was received saying that there was an “explosive substance” on board the plane.

Passengers had not yet boarded the aircraft, and security forces closed the airport as a precaution while an inspection was being carried out, and Ryanair later released a statement saying that they believed the incident was a hoax.
