Scientific Researchers claim they have discovered a “new form of headache” caused by Pfizer’s mRNA Covid-19 vaccine

Headaches are listed as a common adverse reaction after covid-19 vaccination, however new research carried out in Germany claims the BioNTech/Pfizer mRNA vaccine induces a new type of headache.

Neurologist, Professor Dr. med. Hartmut Gobel, of the Kiel Migraine and Headache Centre created an online questionnaire to study vaccine induced headaches stating “the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD) does not yet clarify any vaccination associated headaches”, nor does it list any diagnostic criteria for such headaches.

Professor Gobel says “the messenger RNA (mRNA) Covid 19 vaccines are used for the very first time so the question is do we have a new form of headache?”

As part of the scientific study, an online questionnaire was distributed to 12,000 residential care homes for the elderly, as well as university hospitals in Germany and the United Arab Emirates.

In their findings, as outlined in their video summary, the research team looked at over 2349 patients and found a “very specific headache” type. On average, headaches started 14 hours after vaccination and lasted an average of 18 hours.
As the study is continuous and ongoing, further research is needed to find out if these headaches can continue for longer periods in the study group.
It is not yet known if other vaccines cause this new headache type as research is ongoing.

Post vaccination, the headache intensity was very specific and was usually described as moderate or severe. The headache was mostly focused on the forehead or temples. Common symptoms particular to the “vaccine induced” headache were characteristic of this headache which included fatigue, exhaustion and muscle pain. These symptoms are different to most other forms of headaches. Taking these symptoms together, this allowed the researchers to differentiate the “vaccine induced headache” from other known forms of headache reports Brain Communitions.

One medical researcher outlines “Headaches after covid-19 vaccine show a broad but very characteristic symptom complex”, meaning that a vaccine induced headache can now be diagnosed based on a specific set of symptoms and time for onset of headache.
