There’s been uproar on social media after it emerged that yet another five homeless people unnecessarily died as a direct result of a failed system.
Four more Irish men have tragically died sleeping rough on the streets of Ireland and one more in sheltered accommodation.
A man was found on Friday morning in Dublin’s Frederick Street. He was aged in his 40s. Three other homeless people died in Dublin this week while another homeless man died in Co Wexford.
These figures look like they could sadly eclipse July which saw 10 homeless people die over a 4 week timeframe.
It appears that once again the homeless community have been completely forgotten about by Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan.
