A five year old boy is currently receiving treatment for both physical and mental trauma after he was subjected to brutal abuse by a nanny who was supposed to be looking after him.
The young child, who is from Thailand, has undergone a major surgery and has had part of his genitals amputated after he was sickeningly scalded by the woman who carried out the act to ‘punish’ him after he was misbehaving.
According to local media reports the nanny who is currently under police investigation deliberately tied the boy’s hands behind his back, before she poured a container of boiling hot water down his pants.
It is understood the seriously burned boy was taken to Pathum Thani Hospital in Bangkok where he underwent an operation to remove part of his genitals and have a catheter fitted.
Police say they are currently investigating the incident.
