Singer and former reality TV star Ozzy Osbourne has been hospitalised after suffering complications from the flu.
The news of the Black Sabbath singer’s condition was confirmed by his wife and former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne via Twitter.
In a brief statement Sharon told her followers: “As some of you may have heard, Ozzy was admitted to hospital following some complications from the flu.”
“His doctors feel this is the best way to get him on a quicker road to recovery. Thanks to everyone for their concern and love.”
The news of Osbourne’s condition comes a week after he cancelled the European leg of the Judas Priest tour due to a bad respiratory infection.
