Six men had to be rescued from a sinking fishing vessel off the Donegal coast in the early hours of this morning.
It is believed that the vessel began to take on water at about 3.30am. Two Lough Swilly Lifeboats, a rescue helicopter from Sligo, and the all-weather boat were sent to the scene.
All members on board the rescue vessel, used a pump to clear the water. It is believed that nobody was injured in the incident.
