
Police in the North have arrested six people following the theft of several thousand pounds from an ATM in Trory, Enniskillen, this morning.
It is believed the arrests which involved five men and a woman all aged between 22 and 51, were made early this morning following the incident which occurred between 2am and 5:30am this morning.
The thieves who are now being questioned by police, apparently cut the wires to street lighting and alarm systems on the street before stealing the large quantity of cash.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing and they have appealed for witnesses to come forward and contact them.
