Revenue officers seized almost 6.5 million illegal cigarettes at Dublin Port on Wednesday evening.
The contraband reportedly arrived from Vietnam in a container labelled “paper”.
Almost 15 million smuggled cigarettes have been intercepted at Dublin Port in the last few weeks.
