Snow and ice warning now in effect for ten counties as freezing weather cause dangerous conditions




A snow and ice warning is now in effect for ten counties as freezing weather overnight is causing dangerous conditions today.

The Status Yellow warning, affecting counties Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Wexford, Wicklow, Westmeath, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, and Waterford, will remain in place until 9pm this evening.

A second Status Yellow warning for all of Munster, Connacht, and Leinster will kick in at 8am on Thursday and remain in effect until 8am on Friday.
