The so-called ‘ISIS bride’ Lisa Smith has launched a bid to have her ISIS membership and financing terrorism charges dropped.
Ms. Smith’s lawyers are arguing that there ‘isn’t enough evidence’ to convict on either charge.
The former member of the Defence Forces, who converted to Islam, was detained in Syria. She was since allowed to return to Ireland.
