With the government continuing to chase its tail for the last year, some 6,000 people flew into Ireland over the past week from countries that would be deemed on a red list which NPHET want to be on a mandatory quarantine list.

According to the Irish Independent, between March 29th and April 4th, 6,243 people arrived from the USA, France, Germany, Italy and a number of other EU countries.

It means that yet again there the government and NPHET are running to catch up on themselves as they try and determine a new mandatory hotel quarantine list.
