Recent Ukrainian strikes targeting the very heart of the Russian capital have caused massive damage to infrastructure, and more importantly, instilled a sense of fear and insecurity, as Moscow residents are fully aware they’re no longer safe anywhere, and that the authorities cannot protect them from retribution.
