Met Eireann is today forecasting stormy conditions for Friday night/Saturday morning, with strong winds and heavy rain in store.
According to the national forecaster, western and southern areas will probably see the worst of it.
The rest of the Bank Holiday weekend is not looking much better, with blustery conditions expected for most of it.
