Sony has pulled the Cyberpunk 2077 game from the PlayStation store, following gamers’ outcry over crippling bugs.
The game, created by Polish developer CD Projekt Red, had been plagued by long delays before it finally launched for Xbox One, PlayStation, and PC on December 10.
Sony is now offering full refunds to those who purchased the game through its online store.
It is the first time ever that a high-profile game is removed from the PlayStation store.
The game’s developer is reportedly working on resolving the bugs through patches and updates.
CD Projekt Red’s shares have dropped around 30% in the wake of the controversy.
