Spain is to trial a four-day working week to see the effect on curbing the spread of coronavirus.
Around 200 small to mid-size companies will participate in the trial, which will use European rescue monies to fund it.
According to a spokesperson, the trial will be monitored to see how working four days affects productivity and competitiveness, and also what effect it has, if any, on preventing the spread of the virus.
