There haven’t been any new advancements in the inquiry into her disappearance, according to the Guardia Civil, which stated Tuesday.
They were reacting to accusations that they were not doing enough to find the 15-year-old adolescent who vanished on New Year’s Day, 2008, while strolling home close to the well-known vacation area of Calahonda.
Over the past few months, the Irish Government has put more pressure on the Spanish authorities to turn the child’s disappearance case into a full-fledged murder inquiry, reports The Mirror.
