A Spanish town has been left in mourning follow the sudden death of the world’s oldest man Francisco Nunez Olivera.
The town of Bienvenida have been left in shock following the sudden passing of Mr Olivera who died less than a month after his 113th birthday.
Mr Olivera who was somewhat of local hero was born on 13 December, 1904, and survived two world wars, attributed his good health and long life span to a diet based on vegetables he grew on his own land and a daily glass of red wine.
In a brief announcemnt the town’s mayor said that it was a very sad and cold day for the people of Bienvenida following the passing of Mr Olivera.
