Storm Ciara will soon strike British shores with heavy rain and savage winds of up to 145km/h.
The Met Office has issued a weather warning covering England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The warning will kick in at 6pm on Saturday and will remain in place until midnight on Sunday.
The weather front is likely to affect Ireland too, particularly on polling day.
