There is some interesting news for chocolate and beer lovers amongst us as Cadburys have announced that they are to bring out a Creme Egg flavoured beer.

Yes! In a rather unusual concoction the chocolate giant is teaming up with Goose Island Brewers to make a sweet flavoured stout.

The new stout which is being made to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Creme Egg will available to purchase online only as it won’t make its way to supermarkets or off licences.

It is understood that the Golden Goo-Beer-Lee Creme Stout, will contain malted barley, oats, wheat and milk sugar which will give a creamy taste similar to that of the infamous egg.

The sweet tasting stout will also contain cacao nibs and vanilla beans which will give the taste of the eggs popular fondant.

However the one off beer won’t be available to everyone as the manufacturers say there will only be 3,000 cans made and once they’re sold there will be no more made.

It is understood that the beer will be sold in packs of two and are only available on Gooseislandshop.com from 11am today.
