This summer’s edition of the Love Island program has been cancelled due to Covid-19 fears.
It is understood that applications for this year’s show had surpassed all expectations.
Producers have apologised to fans of the low-brow show, saying that Love Island will return in 2021 ‘stronger than ever.’
