Gardaí in Co Galway have arrested a man after they seized €9,000 worth of cocaine.
It is understood the arrest comes after Gardai seized the quantity of drugs during a routine checkpoint on the M6 at approximately 4:30pm on Sunday afternoon.
Gardaí say the man was arrested but has since been charged and released.
He is due to appear before court later this week.
