The recent summer-like weather is expected to come to an end today, as temperatures drop to below 20C, down from highs of around 26-27C over the past few days.
The national forecaster has said that temperatures will steadily decrease between now and Saturday, but might recover somewhat on Sunday.
There will be scattered showers on Thursday and Friday, with temperatures hovering around the 15-15C mark.
Early indications are for a dry and sunny Sunday, with afternoon highs of 18C.
