Summer well sort of – The Country currently experiencing temperatures ranging from 20-25C but under a lot of cloud cover




The weather in Ireland has somewhat improved today as the country is experiencing more seasonal conditions this afternoon as temperatures have hit a pleasant 25C in some places.

Although the warm weather is a welcome change it has come under amass of cloud cover which seems to have taken away the summer feeling.

According to Met Eireann the South and the Midlands are currently experiencing the best of the weather with temperatures hitting the mid 20s with some places recording temperatures above what was previously expected.

Meanwhile coastal areas in the East and West are slightly cooler as their is a brisk wind sweeping in from the north.

The national forecaster has also said their will be plenty of showers throughout the remainder of the day across the country but it will remain largely dry overnight with temperatures set to stay above 15C.

Sunday will see will see much of the same although temperatures were expected to be slightly cooler reaching the high teens and low 20s with heaven showers throughout the day.
