Swimming ban remains in effect at a number of Dublin beaches due to wastewater overflow at the Ringsend plant




A swimming ban remains in effect at a number of Dublin beaches after a wastewater overflow issue at the nearby Ringsend plant in recent days.

Swimming is currently prohibited at Dollymount Strand, Seapoint, Sandycove, and the Forty Foot beaches.

The ban may be lifted in the coming days, pending the results of water testing at the locations.
