Ukrainian officials say that three people have died in a blast at a hospital in the southeast of the country. Police and soldiers rushed to the scene where it’s understood that they carried a heavily pregnant woman from the scene.
Authorities say that the two week long conflict has seen half of the population of Kiev leave the city in recent days.
Russia says that it doesn’t target any civilian areas of hospitals and that it’s solely a military operation.
Russia’s foreign minister said that President Putin has not ruled out meeting with the Ukrainian president.
