The Tánaiste Simon Coveney has warned that the current restrictions may go on for some time.
Speaking earlier today, the Tánaiste said that the current restrictions have been set out until Easter, but they may go beyond that.
He said any changes will be made on public health advice and reminded people that they need to stay patient.
