Former Taoiseach appointee and current Tanaiste Leo Varadkar will face no consequences following allegations of leaks of confidential information.
It is understood that the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) will archive the case after a long investigation by Gardai.
It is unclear what the investigation found, or what it decided not to find.
