The Tanaiste Leo Varadkar has said that anyone who wants a Covid-19 vaccine appointment could be offered one by the end of June.
According to RTE News, the Tanaiste made the comments whilst speaking at a Fine Gael parliamentary meeting on Wednesday evening.
It is believed that Varadkar told party members that such a scenario could occur given what has happened in other countries.
Varadkar stated that we could be in a situation where 15% of people who are offered a vaccine decline one.
Although the Tanaiste said nothing could be guaranteed he did basis his projection on statistics from other countries
