The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has announced that the roadmap for reopening will be announced on August 31st.
Speaking to RTE News, the Taoiseach said the roadmap will be comprehensive and will provide clarity for when sectors currently closed can reopen.
However it is not expected that restrictions will be before mid September at the earliest as the Government is prioritising the reopening of schools and educational settings.
