The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has said that people should stop leaving the country in order to go on holiday.
Speaking in the Dail this afternoon the Taoiseach said that there is quite a number of people leaving the country for holidays this needs to stop.
The Taoiseach’s comments come after he faced criticism over the new measures that will see mandatory quarantine for those coming into the country.
Martin who said that the process will take some time to setup, faced questioning from opposition TD’s who say the new measures don’t go far enough.
