Team Ireland has returned home from the Special Olympics in Berlin for an exciting homecoming, reports RTE.
The athletes were warmly welcomed by family and friends at Dublin Airport.
Family friends and fans welcomed the 73 athletes and 36 members of the coaching and management team, reports RTE.
The plane from Team Ireland landed around 1pm.
Aer Lingus staff formed an honor guard and escorted the athletes to the arrivals hall, reports RTE.
