Teenage cyclist dies in Dublin following collision last month




A cyclist who had been in critical condition after a road accident in Dublin late last month has died in hospital, reports RTE.

The 19-year-old man had been taken to Beaumont Hospital following the incident, which occurred on the R113, Fonthill Road South in Clondalkin, on Sunday, 27 July.

He passed away yesterday, reports RTE.

Gardaí are still appealing for witnesses or any road users who may have captured footage (including dash-cam) while travelling in the area at the time to contact Clondalkin Garda Station at 01 666 7600, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda station, reports RTE.
