Gardaí in Limerick have arrested a teenager in connection with a stabbing incident on Tuesday.
It is understood the teenager was arrested after a man was stabbed twice on Thomas Street, at approximately 7:30pm on yesterday evening.
Although thankfully the man did not sustain any life-threatening injuries, Gardai say he did require hospital treatment.
They also say a teenager was arrested at the scene and is currently being detained at Henry Street Garda Station.
