Kerry Independent politicians and brothers Michael and Danny Healy-Rae will be strolling back into Dail Eireann after Michael got elected last night and Danny will be elected this morning.
Michael is one of the only Independent politicians in the country to beat Sinn Fein to be a poll topper with some 14,000 first preference votes.
Danny is in good stead to pick up his brother’s surplus and indeed got plenty of number one votes as the brothers created their own “Kerry Map” that has helped them both get elected.
The Healy Rae brothers are well known for having an incredible election machine.
