The National Public Emergency Team (NPHET) met earlier this week to discuss the ongoing coronavirus situation.
Now that the vaccination program has failed so miserably in many people’s eyes, some believe that the Government’s will impose another lockdown in the near future and hope the situation sorts itself out somehow.
There were just under 4,000 new infections confirmed over the past 24h. Recently, the Government began to set up the narrative that the tiny minority of unvaccinated individuals are responsible for the catastrophic resurgence in cases that’s happening all around the world. The Government have not yet considered that the vaccines maybe, just maybe, are not working at all.
It’s understood that the Cabinet will meet later today to discuss what NPHET wants them to do.
