The current advice on overseas trips remain the same – unnecessary trips should be avoided




The Tanaiste Leo Varadkar said that the reopening of international travel to and from Ireland will be very slow and very cautious.

It is intended that restrictions will be slightly eased from July 20th with a slow and cautious reopening to and out of Ireland. For a number of reasons, this must happen, including for the economy, holidays and work.

Varadkar said it’s going to be a very tentative reopening of international travel. The government haven’t ruled out reversing unwinding if needs be.
