The man charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy in Tullamore has been told he will be tried in Central Criminal Court.
The Chief Prosecutor has issued formal orders on the case. Jozef Puska, 31, with an address at Lynally Grove in Mucklagh, Co Offaly, appeared again via video link at Cloverhill District Court this morning.
The judge said the state is moving quickly trying to complete the evidence book and the case has been adjourned for another two weeks.
Puska is scheduled to appear in court again on March 23rd. The 23-yr-old schoolteacher was killed in January while jogging down the Grand Canal in Tullamore.
