The Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger will undergo surgery to replace a valve in his heart, it has been reported.
According to Rolling Stone magazine, Jagger will undergo the surgery later this week and it is hoped that Jagger will return to touring with the band later this year.
The news of Jagger’s upcoming surgery comes after the band postponed the North American leg of their No Filter tour, following concerns for the 75-year-old’s health.
Following the announcement the band including Jagger have apologised for the cancellation and thanked fans for their support.
