The Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has confirmed that British Prime Minister Theresa May will come to Dublin on Friday for desperate Brexit talks.
It’s understood that the main topic of on the agenda will be the the border that separates the North from the South on this island.
On the face of it everyone has said that they don’t want a hard border imposed on this island again, but it’s looks likely that the EU will make Varadkar have a physical check point along the border area should a No Deal Brexit occur.
It’s getting to the business end of the set in terms of a deal or no deal scenario. A breakthrough has locked very unlikely up until this point but last-ditch Effort on both sides could see some sort of deal meaning that no physical border would be needed.
