Things are finally beginning to look somewhat good as numbers of new confirmed cases of covid-19 have once again fallen below 100.
On Saturday evening, the Department of Health have confirmed that a total of 13 people have died and 76 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement, the Department confirmed that there are currently 24,582 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,604 deaths.
There was some concern on Friday evening after cases had once again gone past 115. The coming week will know more about how phase 2 of unwinding will look.
