Things are beginning to look very promising that Ireland is over the worst of the coronavirus outbreak.
On Sunday evening, the Department of Health confirmed that a total of 10 people have died and 64 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement, the Department confirmed that there are currently 24,112 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,543 deaths.
The declining numbers are coming just as shops and businesses around Ireland prepare to start phase 1 of reopening the economy.
