
Three boys have been arrested in relation to an attack at Howth Dart Station in April that saw a young girl fall underneath a train.
The despicable incident saw a group of boys circling the platform on bikes.
A group of young girls ran onto the platform to catch a Dart when one of the boys kicked her and she fell. A second girl was spat on and a third girl was so terrified that she stepped off the platform to get away from the thugs and fell under a train.
The attack happened on April 1st at 9pm, with gardai today making three arrests of boys aged between 13 and 16, seizing their phones, bikes and some clothing.
Over social media user said:
“Luckily the CCTV managed to catch the thugs with some sort of justice likely to be handed down if convictions are secure.”
Gardai are questioning the boys in a station in north county Dublin.
